The weekend

Mike is running Iron Horse 1/2 on Sunday. Adam is volunteering at Iron Horse. Brent and Lee are running Brickyard at 7 AM on Saturday. Not too long. Like only 7 or so. Original parking lot. Have a great weekend everybody!

This weekend

Brent and I are racing tomorrow at 9 AM in Old Saybrook. The Delaney Dash is an out and back, 4 miler. Very competitive.

Hope everybody's weekend goes well.

Fwd: New Race

Hi Lee,

There is a new 5K race on June 15 at University of Hartford to support My Sisters Place. (my sister-in-law is involved with this charity asked me to do what I could to let other runners know about it).

Would you be able to post the date on your blog as I know you post upcoming races.

Do you know of any way to put it in the Hartford Track Club's newsletter?

Thanks,

Theresa

Newington Library and 100+ miles

Tray ran 123 miles on Friday/Saturday. I am sure we will learn more details soon.
