Hi everyone, Since I'm totally incapable of figuring out how to blog on the Brickyarder's site, I'm sending an email. My left foot is still slightly funky, and I sustained a tear/strain in my right calf in April. However, this is healed and I am running again hoping to train up for New Haven.
