Guilford!

Mike, Tray, Sri, Brent, Lee, Dave, Barbara, Kerry (won), Andie, Janis, Tim, Catherine, Kate, Kelly, Larry (1:14!), Torpedo, Guy, hot, muggy, Rick, rain came just as we left, guided tour of Brent's place, lousy beer, great food post race, friendships, perfect!

    What a crazy day. After 1 mile in the 5K, I decided to jog. I don't like running in hot weather, and the result was a PW (personal worst). Great to see everyone was safe and sound after the race. Several runners were taken to the hospital.
