The Log

It has come to the attention of the administrative branch of Brickyarders, Inc. that far too little logging is being done. Statistics show that logging can take as much as 5 minutes off your PR in *any* distance race. Plus, viewing the log w/ a browser (by clicking the link under Sonic the Cat) is good for another minute off your PR.

    1. I'm still putting together my goals but wanted to point out your #4 goal. 9 hours for 31 miles?? Did you mean a sub-5 hour 50K?

  3. @ Tray. Yes.

The 9 came from my 50 *mile* thinking last year that doing an 11 minute pace for 50 *miles* would bring me over in 9 hours and 10 minutes. Anybody can do an 11 minute pace for 50 miles.

    Not.

So, yes, my goal number 4. is

    4. run a 5 hour 50k.

    Thanks.
