Tray, Adam, Mike, Joe and Lee ran the Fall Distance races this morning in Stratford. Lee blew a turn on loop 2 so added about 28 minutes at the end to make up for it. Tray did 20k. Adam bettered his last year time by about 26 minutes I think and his confidence to go under 4 at the Hartford full is stronger now. This picture was take by a runner w/ Mike's phone.
