Chip nailed his 5k in Braintree, MA, placing 1st with a 7:29 pace. Mike raced in the Harwington 5k on Saturday (26:55) and then knocked out 10 miles at the Nepaug Reservoir on Sunday. Tray ran 13 at Cheshire with Vanessa (9:15 pace) on Saturday. Lani ran the 1/2 and Karen Prado the 10k at Iron Horse (1:53 and 0:51). Lee and Brent ran the Celebrate West Hartford 5k on Sunday. Rose and her friend Carol did the course before the race. Lee got beat by a half minute by Larry Chaves (23:37, 24:07). Good enuf for free entry into next year's race for Lee.
On our way home, Linda discovered that Ultragirl has a secret store in West Hartford.
Brent's running w/ the Wallingford group on Wednesday evenings. He's looking to go long on Saturday somewhere. Brickyard anyone?
