Mike and I ran this one this morning in Waterbury. This race is 41 years old. I had never heard of it. Mike got 42 flat and I got 38 flat.

Robyn Errickson is 3rd from the left. She and I pooled to the race (she's my neighbor). Will Sanders averaged 2 seconds quicker than a 5 minute pace (yes, 4:58). Smashed the course record by 2 minutes.
I've been thinking about what might have helped me run well today. I ran about 2 miles with Dean Bolt before the race. Brent and Larry have recommended doing this before 5Ks.
