Mike, Tray, Lani and Lea ran the full this morning. Jason cheered them on. Mike cut 6 minutes off his last year time. Tray ran 4:18, Mike 4:49. Lea took 4:11. Lani took 5:12.
Tray's considering running the Roxbury 1/2 and then a week later seeing how far she can run in 400 minutes at LoPresti's Fall Fling.
