I ran the last six in with Brent today and I'm pretty sure the clock read 3:48 and change. He was strong at the end. He paced it well and should be very proud. Email feedback from his friends mostly consisted in remarks that it took all of them several attempts to get this kind of time. Brent's sense of humor is as sharp as ever.
"I will wait two days to ponder life then register for Mohawk Hudson."

Way to go Brent. We knew you'd have a great 1st marathon. That might almost be a Boston qualifying time for your age group. I'd check that out if I were you.
