Brent, Rose and Lee ran the Newington Library 5K Challenge this morning.

Debticonn winners at Spring Into Spring 5K. Lesley Fearnly and I placed 1st in our age groups. Wayne Hapgood came in 2nd in his group. I'm holding Sergio de Sousa's metal because he left to run another race in Branford.

Adam ran his first trail race at Soapstone Mountain.
