Lani and Lee will be doing the Granby 10K on Saturday. This is its 43rd year!
 


The course runs through the scenic McLean Game Refuge.

Brent's running a 5K at Rentschler Field on Sunday.


Join Walk Co-Chairs Greg Calnen and Susan Staunton on Sunday, May 4, at Rentschler Field in East Hartford, CT to support programs that help families face the day-to-day challenges of intellectual disability. As in past years, there is a non-competitive Walk where individuals and teams walk in support of people with intellectual disability and their families. Or,for the second year in a row, you can compete in the 5K Run! Registration for the Run is just $25, and you are welcome to join us at the Walk after the Run.

    Don't bother with official results, course very short.

    For 2.84 miles, my average pace was 9.14. Feel pretty good that I can drop it to about 830's next weekend.

    Wish I could say it was all uphill and icy, but it wasn't.

    Unofficial time 2:06 for the "Run for the cows" half marathon. A minute faster than last year.
