Great job done by all those who trained -- or raced --- or both this weekend.

After today's fiasco trying to get to the start, I am hereby publicly declaring a lifetime boycott of MapQuest, which sent me on a wild goose chase through Poquonack!

Tracy and Lani snuck in a 3.5 miler today for a good cause. Tracy's HTML skills are improving. She got it right on the second try (see the log). Official results are not up yet for their race but her 106 out of over 750+ runners is excellent. Her Garmin shows an 8:11 pace. Lani had a "directional mishap" but not only made it to the start but placed 2nd in AG.

Also, Sandra's Surftown Half in RI this morning ... check this out ...15 MINUTES off her PR for this distance. Official results not up yet.

Brickyarders ROCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tracy ... consider yourself GROUNDED tomorrow. No running allowed.

PS I bought me a camelbak today. Inaugural run: 30K.
