So, if I got everyone's mileage correctly, Rose and Mike ran 14.5 (Mike's longest run since Dec.!), Lee ran 15, and I ran 23 (and did 20 push-ups at the end just for fun).
But the big news is....
BRENT NOT ONLY RAN THE LONGEST RUN IN HIS LIFE, HE BROKE 20 MILES!!!! I THINK HE CLOCKED 20.6.
He subsequently told me that he is completely hooked on long distance running and may bag his planned race on April 29th to run the 50 mile ultra with Lee and me. :)
