Rose placed 3rd at the Run for Dom 5K in Newington this morning! She walked briefly every half mile and finished strong. 37 minutes and change.
Sandra's back! Placed 2nd!
We are Open and Affirming. We are the only 100% non-snob running group on the planet :-) Come join The Brickyarders for group runs Sunday mornings! We meet at the Farmington Canal Heritage Trail parking lot on Brickyard Road in Farmington. Start time: 8:00 AM. Various distances and paces but everyone is welcome! Email Tracy Freeman: tlzagata@cox.net or just show up!
Way to go, Rose! Congratulations to all!

ReplyDeleteYeah Rose. Fantastic to see you out there again. I didn't run that race because I needed a medium long run prior to Vermont. Wish it would have worked out because I was friends with Dom Mazzoccoli when growing up.

ReplyDeleteGreat pictures. Thanks for sharing.
BTW It's better to post comments *directly* to the blog rather than responding to the emails from teamprimalforce@gmail.com. Let I know Adam has mastered this but Mike needs a lesson :)
I wish I was there. I will see you guys tomorrow at Startford.
ReplyDeleteThe anti-rain dance commences at 4 AM tomorrow morning. We don't want any miserable Leas :)
ReplyDeleteRose, great to see you on the road again. Miss you.
ReplyDeleteI was soooo impressed by yesterday's performances it inspired me to actualy sit down at a computer and figure out how to post comments (although sage had to show me how it's done- pathetic I know)
ReplyDeleteCongrats to everyone!
Rose you rock! My hero!
Good luck to everyone racing today, can't wait to read all of your reports.
Lani
Boy, that Sage is very wise (get it? get it?), so wise that he (?) taught Lani how to post on the blog. Impressive. Rose, you inspire us all.
