Lani and Tracy completed the Philadelphia marathon today. I think Kate Stoker makes it a point to always be where Tracy is :) . I don't think she ran it today.

Tracy seems to be suggesting slamming beers in the final miles of a full is the way to go ... She writes
ReplyDeletePeople were handing out cups of beer (about a 1/4 full). At mile 19, I think it was some ipa crap but at mile 21, it was regular. I gulped them both down. Maybe they helped me pick up the pace? ;)
