Time to re-up your USATF membership (or sign up for the first time). If you want to be part of the HTC team (or some other club team) you need to be a USATF member. And in my case, I need to renew my HTC membership as well.

I have been inspired by two things recently; a book Tracy loaned me ("Running Within") and my decision to join Lani and run/walk the 50K Jack Bristol Lake Waramaug Ultra on April 23rd (my brother's 62nd b'day). I will be 69 ²/₃₆₅.
