Adam, Lindsey, Kevin Mason and Lee ran between 12 and 13.1 today on a somewhat cold, gray and wet day at Iron Horse. It was such a wonderful thing to see Kevin! We all got started a bit after 7 am which was a good thing because Kevin rolled in a little later than the posted start time. We met Kevin at the Cedar Hill Cemetery 4 mile where he placed 3rd overall.

Kevin and Adam took the lead during the initial 8 1/2 mile loop and Lee and Lindsey ran close behind. The overall pace for the 12 we did was about 9:29 by my watch, a bit slower than what she wanted but not bad
considering her Achilles tendon was really tight and painful. Thanks everybody for coming! May we all continue to work our way thru the difficult days and keep focused on our race goals.
