Newington Library 5K practice run

I ran the Newington Library 5K Challenge course this morning and wore my Garmin. If you click the image you can see the details. Am heading up to Brickyard tomorrow to do about 8 at 7:30 am.


There's a 5K in West Hartford on June 13th that my brother's got scheduled.

    The Litchfield Hills Road Race (~ 7 miles) is on the same day as the Celebrate West Hartford 5K. Am thinking I'll do Litchfield. Hope the timing goes better this year than last. This is the 34th running. Goal for me for Newington Library 5K? Under 22:59. My friend Mary will be doing Newington - her 1st *ever* race. Go Mary!
