VO2 Max Test - Pic

As promised, a pic of me hooked up to the equipment for the VO2 max test.  Though my number was slightly higher today, there is a margin of error so my performance was basically equal to last month when I did the test.  One last visit on Mon. for the endurance test.  Since I know how long I "endured" last time, I am going to try to last a little longer this time.

    Excellent. As I recall Mr. Mike and yours truly were counting on you to come thru w/ a pic. Go for a record on your 3rd shot. You look great!

    This really looks like a cool test. I'd love to see how much I could take on that high tech equipment. Then again, my mileage now would probably be a factor. I'd me dead in a minute. A few months from now? My pulse will remain at 54 for the whole test !!!!! :)
