Party animal Rose is suggesting Brickyarders put on a "race" in Eddie Gorecki's honor on the trail sometime in November. Maybe a Sunday. Time yourself, maybe do either 4 or 8 miles, invite people thru Facebook HTC page, our blog, word of mouth etc. Last Sunday in November (the 27th) seems like the best date. 9 AM. I've got some spare bibs from Hogsback. We'd have a signup sheet. We'd post results for the 4 mile and the 8 mile on our blog. Muffin Queen LBrad might be in a cooking mood. Who knows how to make hot chocolate? The 1st Annual Eddie Gorecki Brickyard Boogie. What say you all?

The 1st Annual Eddie Gorecki Brickyard Boogie
(Did about 6 w/ Judi, Rose, Tray and Linda @ NHS track this morning. Will be running the Vernon trail w/ Larry Chaves and others tomorrow morning. Lea, I'm running both Turkey Trot and Ghost Run. Tray is toying w/ the idea of doing Ghost Run but would want to take it slow cuz of Harrisburg. Rose'll be doing Ghost and invited her to run w/ her. It would be hard to run a race slow (my experience as a pace guy in Hartford) but, if you ask me, it would be a great way for the birthday girls to kick start November.)
